A Deeper Walk
We are a Sunday Bible Study Class at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, located in Marietta, Georgia.
This is a co-ed class of 20-30 adults of all ages. We have a great desire to delve deeper into God’s Word as well as apply it in our daily lives, and with each other. Our mission statement is “To Glorify Christ by connecting through a deeper understanding of His Word”. We endeavor to understand the deeper meaning of scripture in a non-threatening place, where questions and interaction are always welcomed. Even if you are a new believer, you will be both challenged and blessed by the Biblically sound teaching.
As a group, we are missions-minded, and participate in missions locally and globally. Curriculum varies throughout the year. We plan quarterly service projects so that we can live out what we have learned, as well as connecting with one another.

What we believe
We want you to share in our exciting fellowship - a church that is open, friendly, and most of all centered on Jesus Christ. Our beliefs are from the Holy Bible, the inspired, authoritative record of God's plan and purpose for us. We understand these beliefs more fully as we study the life and teaching of Jesus Christ. Our church mission is clear — to love God and worship Him as we reach and disciple people for Jesus Christ.
About our teacher
The class is lead by Brian Anzaldua , who was raised in a Jewish home and became a Christian in his college years. Brian enjoys deep study of the Word, and brings that to our class each week with his insightful lessons.
